Imago Office<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n

On average, more than 1,100 users use Imago Office every day (figure 1). The number of unique users per month is more than 3,000. The number of active accounts by the end of 2022 was approximately 6,500. We expect this number to exceed 7,500 by the end of 2023.<\/p>\n

Imago Direct<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n

275,000 accounts have been created within Imago Direct. This means that 275,000 consumers and business (end-) users manage their insurance policies using Bugs Business software (Figure 2).<\/p>\n

In the diagram, a distinction is made between Imago Direct (200K) and Imago Consumer (75K). Imago Direct is the improved and expanded version of Imago Consumer. That\u2019s what we mean by continuous improvement.<\/p>\n
